Binding boxes are 3D imaginary boxes that enclose the smallest area your model occupies. You must keep your model within the bounding box sizes. Models with a size close to the bounding box will have limited printing orientations.
Supported walls are connected on at least two sides, whereas unsupported walls are connected only on one side. A wall that does not meet the minimum requirements may not survive printing and cleaning. Furthermore, models may still be rejected based on their wall geometry. For large models, it may be necessary to reinforce the walls or add support structures based on the size of the model.
Wires are circular, rectangular, or triangular features that are thinner in their unconnected directions than in their lengths. A supported wire is connected to at least two sides of the model, while an unsupported wire is connected to only one side. Printing and cleaning processes may not be able to sustain wires that don't meet the minimum requirements. Additionally, models may still be rejected based on their wire geometry. The minimum guidelines will not always be adequate for large models, so please consider the size of your model and reinforce the wires or add support structures as needed.

Hollow models require escape holes to empty the support material. For support removal, two escape holes at opposite ends of the model are ideal. If your model is large, please make the escape holes bigger or add more escape holes as needed, as minimum guidelines may not always be adequate.
The material in the corners near an escape hole won't be able to escape entirely if there is only one escape hole at the end of the cavity. The cavity should therefore have multiple escape holes on both ends. If you have not placed a suitable escape hole for the model, our print operators will place the escape hole themselves before starting the printing process.
Support structures are added parts that support overhanging structures of bridge structures during the slicing process, and must be removed after printing.
